Where will the support reply be sent?

The reply is sent to the email address entered in the contact form. Check the spam and junk folders when it is not visible in the inbox.

Should I send my username and password?

Only send the service username when it is needed to identify the account. Never send banking passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys or full card details.

Can support change my router or internet-provider settings?

No. Support can help identify the likely setting and explain where to look, but only you or the internet provider can change account and router security controls.

What should I send for a playback problem?

Include the channel or content name, time of the issue, device, app, internet provider, country and a screenshot or exact error when possible.

Are subscriptions renewed automatically?

No. KING TV does not charge customers automatically. Renewal invoices are paid manually by the customer when they choose to continue the service.
