1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorised to act for one and believe that material available on or linked from kingtv.org infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected].

Use the subject line Copyright Notice and include all information listed below. Incomplete or unclear notices may delay review.

2. Information Required in a Copyright Notice

4. Review and Response

We will review a sufficiently complete notice and may request clarification or additional evidence. Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to identified material, restrict an account, preserve relevant records or forward the notice to the party responsible for the material.

Processing time depends on the completeness and complexity of the notice. Submitting the same complaint repeatedly or sending it to unrelated providers does not accelerate review.

5. Counter-Notification

If material you supplied was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected]. A counter-notification should include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed or disabled material and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
5. Where United States law applies, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.

6. Repeat Infringement and Abuse

Where appropriate and legally permitted, KING TV may restrict or terminate access associated with repeated or serious infringement.

Do not knowingly submit a false or misleading copyright notice or counter-notification. Misrepresentation may result in legal liability. Consider obtaining independent legal advice before submitting a notice if you are unsure whether the disputed use is authorised or legally permitted.

7. Third-Party Services and External Material

Some references, links, applications, trademarks or material may be controlled by third parties. A complaint should identify the exact material and location connected to kingtv.org. We cannot remove material from a third-party website or service that we do not control, but we may review whether a link or reference on our website should be removed.
