Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules that apply when you visit KING TV, request a trial, purchase a subscription or use our services.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and KING TV. By accessing the website, submitting a free trial request, placing an order or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the service is lawful in your location.

3. Service Description

KING TV provides subscription-based online television access, account setup information and customer support for compatible devices. Available channels, movies, series, categories, applications, formats and technical features may change over time.

The service is intended for personal household use only. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any third-party program, channel, trademark, application or other material to you.

4. Free Trial Requests

Eligible new customers may request one free 24-hour trial. Trial requests are manually reviewed and are not guaranteed. We may decline duplicate, incomplete, suspicious, abusive or resale-related requests.

  • No payment card is required for the trial.
  • The trial period begins when access details are issued, not when the request is submitted.
  • A trial may be limited by person, household, email address, network, device or other reasonable anti-abuse signals.
  • Trial access may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time.

5. Orders, Prices and Payment

Prices, currencies, available payment methods and charges are displayed during checkout or on the invoice. They may change before an order is completed. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and KING TV issues or activates the service.

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. KING TV does not store full payment card details when those details are collected directly by a payment provider.

You are responsible for any payment-provider fees, blockchain or network charges, currency conversion charges, bank charges or other third-party costs disclosed during payment.

6. Manual Renewals Only

KING TV subscriptions do not renew automatically. We do not automatically charge your card or payment method. A future renewal invoice must be paid manually if you choose to continue the service.

Failure to pay a renewal invoice means the service may expire at the end of the paid subscription period.

7. Digital Service Activation and Cancellation Rights

Service access can be issued shortly after payment. Where applicable law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal period, you may be asked during checkout to request immediate activation and acknowledge that your cancellation right may be reduced or lost once digital service performance begins.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Paid orders are generally final once service credentials or access have been delivered or activated. This is because the order is a digital service that can begin immediately.

A refund may be considered when:

  • you have contacted support and allowed a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve the issue;
  • you have followed reasonable troubleshooting instructions and supplied requested evidence;
  • the service cannot be provided or restored within a reasonable time; and
  • a refund is required by applicable law or approved by KING TV.

Where legally permitted, any approved refund may exclude periods already used, services already supplied, third-party payment or network charges and reasonable administration costs. Refunds are not available for change of mind after activation, unsupported devices, poor internet performance, incorrect information supplied by the customer, account sharing, prohibited use or failure to follow setup instructions.

Contact support before opening a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and assist.

9. Account Information and Security

You must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for protecting your login details, playlist details, portal information, server details and device credentials.

You must notify KING TV promptly if you believe your account or access information has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out using your credentials unless applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Connections, Devices and Subscription Sharing

One active connection is included unless your order states otherwise. One connection permits one active stream at a time. Installing the service on several devices does not permit simultaneous viewing on those devices.

Extra connections may be purchased for simultaneous viewing within the same household. Extra connections are tied to the same subscription term and account unless stated otherwise.

Sharing, selling, transferring or publicly posting your credentials is prohibited. Account sharing may result in suspension or termination without refund where legally permitted.

11. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • re-stream, rebroadcast, retransmit, reproduce, record for redistribution, publicly perform, resell or commercially distribute the service or any material accessed through it;
  • operate a restream, relay, panel, server, business or resale service using a personal subscription;
  • attempt to bypass connection limits, security controls, geographic restrictions or account protections;
  • use automated tools to overload, scrape, probe, interfere with or attack the website, service or supporting systems;
  • use the service for fraud, abuse, infringement or any unlawful purpose; or
  • misrepresent your identity, location, order details or eligibility.

12. VPN and Proxy Use

VPN and proxy use is generally permitted. However, a VPN, proxy, hosting network or shared IP address may reduce performance, trigger security checks or prevent access to some services. You remain responsible for complying with local law and the terms of any third-party provider.

13. Unsupported or Restricted Regions

KING TV does not currently offer service in Iran or China. Additional regional restrictions may apply because of law, payment availability, network access or operational limitations. Contact support before ordering if you are unsure whether the service is available in your location.

14. Devices, Applications and Compatibility

You are responsible for using a supported device, compatible application and current software. Device and application support can change when manufacturers or third-party developers update or discontinue their products.

Unless KING TV specifically states otherwise, third-party applications, devices, app stores and manufacturers are independent from KING TV and are governed by their own terms.

15. Internet Service and Data Usage

You are responsible for your internet connection, data plan, local network, router, Wi-Fi coverage and any related costs. Streaming quality depends on factors that may include your location, network route, internet speed, device performance, application settings, number of connected devices and the selected stream.

KING TV is not responsible for internet-provider restrictions, mobile data charges, local network faults or device limitations.

16. Channels, Movies, Series and Service Changes

The number, name, language, source, schedule, quality and availability of channels, movies and series may change without notice. Content may be added, replaced, interrupted or removed because of maintenance, third-party changes, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

References to library sizes are approximate and may change as the service is updated.

17. Maintenance, Interruptions and Downtime

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, emergency work, internet routing, upstream provider issues, application updates, security incidents and other events may cause temporary interruption.

Where reasonable, KING TV will investigate reported problems and provide support or alternative setup guidance.

18. Suspension and Termination

KING TV may limit, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, address non-payment or respond to a material breach of these Terms.

Serious violations, including restreaming, resale, credential sharing, attacks, fraud or unlawful use, may result in immediate termination. Refund eligibility following suspension or termination depends on applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

19. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Marks

The KING TV name, logo, website design, original graphics and original written material are owned by or licensed to KING TV. They may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written permission.

Third-party channel names, program names, application names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

20. Disclaimers

The website and service are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. KING TV does not guarantee that every channel, program, application, device, feature or stream will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KING TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or service. This includes loss caused by third-party services, internet failures, unsupported devices, data charges, account sharing or unlawful use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security or operational changes. The updated version becomes effective when it is posted on this page. Material changes may also be communicated by another reasonable method.

Your continued use after an update means that you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

23. Communications

Service and account communications are normally provided in English and may be delivered by email, through the website or through the client area. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and checking Spam or Junk folders.
