How long does the free trial last?

Is every trial request approved automatically?

Which subscription plans are available?

Are subscriptions automatically renewed?

No. KING TV does not charge customers automatically. Renewal invoices are paid manually by the customer when they choose to continue the service.

Which app should I install?

Do MAG or portal devices need a MAC address?

Should I factory reset my device?

Do I need an extra connection for every installed device?

No. Extra connections are only needed when multiple devices must stream at the same time. One connection can be used across different installed devices at different times.

Which currencies are supported?

KING TV currently displays plan prices in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD. The final invoice confirms the exact amount and currency.

Available card, card-to-crypto and cryptocurrency options are displayed on the invoice. The exact methods can vary by country, currency and provider availability.

How do I pay with cryptocurrency?

Open the KING TV payment guide for simple instructions on card-to-crypto checkout, buying crypto and sending the exact coin, network and amount requested by the invoice.

Why does a card payment page mention cryptocurrency?

Some providers use your card to purchase and deliver cryptocurrency automatically to complete the invoice. Follow the secure provider instructions and do not send an additional manual payment unless instructed.

What should I do if a crypto payment is pending?

Keep the transaction ID and wait for the required blockchain confirmations. Do not submit the same payment twice. Contact support when the invoice remains unpaid after confirmation.

Why is the stream buffering?

Buffering can be caused by weak Wi-Fi, local network congestion, device limitations, background downloads, ISP problems or a temporary source issue. Restart the device and router, test Ethernet or stronger Wi-Fi, and compare another channel or device.

Why does KING TV work on mobile data but not home Wi-Fi?

This usually points to ISP security, router filtering, parental controls, DNS filtering or network-wide security software. Use the ISP Block and Connection Help page to locate the relevant setting.

Do I need a VPN?

A VPN is not required for every customer. First test another network and review ISP or router security. When using a VPN, temporarily disable ad blocking, threat protection and secure browsing to compare the result.

What should I do when one channel is not working?

Test another channel first. Restart the app and return to the original channel after a few minutes. Contact support when the same issue continues and include the channel name, device, app and time of the problem.

Why do I have sound but no picture?

This can be caused by a decoder or compatibility setting. Update the app, try another supported player or decoder option, then restart the device.
