After payment confirmation and activation, open My account → Services → Service Details for your current setup information.
2. Check your Fire TV model

Open Settings, My Fire TV, About, highlight the device name and press Select seven times. Return to My Fire TV and open Developer Options.

Downloader Cannot Install The App

Confirm Install Unknown Apps is enabled for Downloader, check available storage and enter the download address exactly.

LOGIN

Authorization Failed

Re-enter the username, password and server URL exactly. Check for extra spaces and confirm the account has not expired.

PLAYBACK

Channels Buffer Or Freeze

Restart Fire TV and the router, test another channel and use Ethernet or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi when possible.
