PORTAL AND MAC METHOD

Smart STB Setup

Use Smart STB only when KING TV has supplied or approved a portal-based setup for the device.

Important
Do not change or invent the virtual MAC address. Send the exact address shown by the app when support requests it.

Install Smart STB

Search the television app store, install Smart STB and open it.

Open device information

Locate the Software ID, Virtual MAC or device information displayed by the app.

Send the requested MAC to support

Use the contact form when the portal setup must be registered to the displayed address.

Enter the portal URL

Open the portal settings and enter the exact portal address supplied for the account.

Save and restart the app

Close Smart STB completely, reopen it and allow the portal to load.

M3U AND MAC METHOD

Smart IPTV Setup

Smart IPTV normally loads the playlist through its web upload page rather than entering the full link with the TV remote.

App activation
The Smart IPTV application may require a separate app licence. That fee is not part of the KING TV subscription.

Install and open Smart IPTV

Open the app and write down the MAC address or device ID shown on screen.

Open the playlist upload page

On a phone or computer, open the official Smart IPTV My List page.

Enter the device MAC

Type the address exactly as displayed by the television application.

Add the KING TV M3U URL

Paste the complete playlist URL from Service Details and submit it.

Restart Smart IPTV

Close and reopen the app. Use Reload Playlist when the list does not appear immediately.

SET IPTV Setup

SET IPTV can load a playlist through its web management page using the device MAC and the information shown in Service Details.

The App Is Not In The Store

App availability depends on the television model, software version, app-store country and manufacturer support. Choose another listed app or contact support.

LOGIN ERROR

Re-enter every field without extra spaces. Confirm the server URL includes the correct beginning and port when supplied.

EMPTY LIST

Playlist Or Portal Does Not Load

Restart the application and television. Confirm the MAC or connection code and upload the current playlist again.

BUFFERING

Restart the router and television, test Ethernet or stronger Wi-Fi, and compare another channel before contacting support.

WI-FI BLOCK

Which Smart TV app should I use?

Use the app available on the television and matching the login type shown in Services > Service Details. IPTV Smarters is suitable for username, password and server details. Smart STB uses a portal and MAC. Smart IPTV, SS IPTV and SET IPTV normally use playlist or web-based setup methods.

Why can I not find the same app shown in this guide?

Application availability changes by television model, operating system, country and app-store policy. Choose another compatible app or send the TV model and app-store screenshot to support.

Does the KING TV subscription include the app licence?

No. KING TV provides the service and setup information. Any third-party player activation or licence fee is charged separately by the app developer.

Can I use the same subscription on another device?

You can install the service on supported devices, but simultaneous viewing depends on the number of active connections included in the order.

Should I factory reset the television?

No. Restart the app, television and router first. A factory reset removes installed apps and settings and should only be used after manufacturer or device-specific support advice.

Are subscriptions renewed automatically?

No. KING TV does not charge customers automatically. Renewal invoices are paid manually when the customer chooses to continue the service.
