Use Smart STB only when KING TV has supplied or approved a portal-based setup for the device.

M3U AND MAC METHOD

Smart IPTV Setup

Smart IPTV normally loads the playlist through its web upload page rather than entering the full link with the TV remote.

App activation
The Smart IPTV application may require a separate app licence. That fee is not part of the KING TV subscription.

Open the app and write down the MAC address or device ID shown on screen.

On a phone or computer, open the official Smart IPTV My List page.

Enter the device MAC

Type the address exactly as displayed by the television application.

Add the KING TV M3U URL

Paste the complete playlist URL from the activation email and submit it.

Close and reopen the app. Use Reload Playlist when the list does not appear immediately.

Which Smart TV app should I use?

Why can I not find the same app shown in this guide?

Does the KING TV subscription include the app licence?

No. KING TV provides the service and setup information. Any third-party player activation or licence fee is charged separately by the app developer.

Can I use the same subscription on another device?

Should I factory reset the television?

No. Restart the app, television and router first. A factory reset removes installed apps and settings and should only be used after manufacturer or device-specific support advice.

Are subscriptions renewed automatically?

No. KING TV does not charge customers automatically. Renewal invoices are paid manually when the customer chooses to continue the service.
